Why Fast Food

Nowadays, people do not have time for anything; adults are entirely wrapped up in their jobs, as they just want to be successful and give their family a wealthy living. Children are now attending after school classes such as football, dancing, drawing, etc. That’s the reason why many families don’t have much time to sit down, go buy food and cook, and have a nutrient meal for them. Therefore, many modern people turn to eat fast food since it is very convenient, delicious, filling and affordable, and you can eat it anytime. These foods cause some major disadvantage: obesity, illness and high cholesterol level.
Eating fast food may bring us the unhealthy lifestyle since it is addictive. Fast food is available in everywhere from commercial blocks to gas station, so we can get and snack it whenever we want. Eating too much this junk food will obviously lead to obesity. For this reason, people often feel hurt at their knees, hand, back or neck, and some people also get allergy easily, and they start to feel itch everywhere in their body. Gallstones are common in obese people; they also don’t have much energy and stamina to keep them working as well as before. Beside it, to keep eating these foods can let families don’t spend time together anymore; they don’t want to cook and slowly lose their culture food, and children don’t know how home-cooked foods made by their mom taste anymore. Obesity also decreases the body’s resistance, so people will be sick easily. Due to this last idea, obesity is the main factor that increases risk of cancer or heart disease, etc.
As a result of consuming too much fat and unhealthy substance, people’s health can’t be as good as before anymore; the signal of cancer, heart or liver disease, diabetes. This may be the most suffering time because they don’t have to spend much time and money on their meals; they will lose a lot of time and money in dealing with these ill problems. Cancer has taken many people’s lives, heart disease has made people suffering in pain, and patients always have to bring along their medicine, or they get mad easily at their families and also hurt themselves. The effects from diabetes include vision problems, kidney damage, nerve damage, heart and circulation problems. Human still does not have the exact solution for these issues, but we still can slow it down or avoid it. For instance, we can try eating less snack food and more healthy meal, or balancing the nutrients that gain into our body. In addition, eating uncontrolled amount of fast food also means let the nutrition increase in your body such as glucose, protein, fat , cholesterol, etc.
Having enough nutrition is pretty good for our body’s health, but if there are too much of one, it may cause some bad issue such as high cholesterol level. Sometimes you go out and buy snack food like once a weeks; it’s okay, but eating 3 burgers a day means you gain the amount of calories for a week in normal meal. Now imagine you were constantly eating the same meal every day of the week; for example, cheeseburgers , pizzas, French fried, etc. which give a massive five, six weeks of recommended calories. The effect is high blood pressure or high cholesterol level, which can cause a break in a weakened blood vessel, block the flow of blood and risk of heart failure.
People eat a lot of fast food just because they are afraid that they can’t cook well enough. So why don’t we spend some extra time on reading cooking book or watching some cooking show; it can not only help you to train a new skill, but also give your family a healthy life. You shouldn’t give your kids everything they want even though this is their happy meal that doesn’t mean it the best thing for them. Fast food doesn’t mean bad food, and health problems don’t have to go along in your life while you love fast food. If you just eat fast food once in a while, you will be able to lead a healthy, long life.
Thus we can have a good life with easy and simple steps but we still choose the illness way to live with. Controlling your eating balance and try to taste some green, rich vitamin food such as vegetable or fruit can help you avoid absolutely the fear of obesity, ill diseases or overcome nutrient. Fast food is good till we don’t snack it too much.
